We entered the small town of Beaver Creek, Yukon
This was my first time seeing a moose with antlers. The male was certainly more skiddish than the female. When we stopped, he bolted into the woods, she remained on the side of the road and continued to eat. Slowly he came out and ate. As another car slowed down, he bolted again,
This is the border between Canada and the US. You can see the dividing line for miles and miles,
Our next stop was Tok, Alaska. We stopped into The Jack Wade Gold Company, a jewelry store which had gold nuggets for you to see and hold IF you had read the travel guides and asked to see them.
After picking up some groceries and gas, we are back on the road again.
