Early morning in Chicken, Alaska
We were hoping to take a tour of the Dredge, but we were misinformed about when we needed to sign up for the tour.
So we got back on the Top of the World Highway and headed out of town to our next destination
That is Karen and Lionel on the windy road behind us.
You can see that there was a fire here once upon a time.

Next stop, Dawson City!
This is an area of Dawson City called Moosehide Slide.
You can take a paddleboat ride up and down the Yukon River, something I plan on doing, even if I have to go alone.
We will be here for 2 nights, taking the free ferry into Dawson City.
